Co-CEO
Gustavo is Turim’s founder and Co-Chairman of the Board at Turim.
He was member of the Americas Executive Board of MIT Sloan School from 2017 to 2022.
Before founding Turim in 2001, Gustavo was the CEO at Santander Brasil Asset Management and of Santander Brasil Private Equity, being the most awarded Asset Management in the country during 2000 (13 funds awarded 5 stars by Exame magazine, 5 funds awarded 5 stars by Investidor Individual magazine, and Best Separately Managed Account by W Mercer). He acted as Turim's Co-CEO from 2001 to 2022.
He was named Executive Director of Banco Bozano Simonsen in 1997 and during his tenure co-developed the first Brazilian virtual broker dealer, investshop.com.br.
He started his career in Banco de Investimentos Garantia, where over a period of 10+ years he had roles in several divisions including Administrative, Back-Office, Trading, and Credit Analysis, as well as being responsible for the Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Bahia offices.
Gustavo is a Civil Engineer and holds an MBA from COPPEAD – Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. He also holds a Master of Science in Business from MIT.
Eduardo is the Co-Chairman of the Board at Turim.
He joined Turim in 2003 and served as Co-CEO until 2024. In addition, he led the Wealth Solutions team, which provides a wide range of services, including the creation and management of offshore structures for investments and real estate, oversight of fiscal and accounting matters, coordination of immigration services, analysis of illiquid investments, and supervision of succession planning, with a focus on structures such as Trusts.
Prior to joining Turim, Eduardo was a Director and Partner at Banco Modal, where he headed the Corporate Finance and Investment divisions. His previous roles include Corporate Finance and Private Equity Manager at Banco Icatu S.A. and Corporate Finance Manager at Banco Pactual S.A.
Eduardo currently serves on the board of ANBIMA's Asset Management Council and previously served as President of ANBIMA's Wealth Management Council.
He holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from PUC-RJ.
Leonardo joined Turim in 2001 and is now Co-CEO of Turim.
He was the first member of the team formed by the founder, Gustavo Marini, at Turim. He started his career at the company as an intern, progressing to investment analyst until, in 2007, he became a partner at Turim and was responsible for asset allocation in Brazil. In 2008, as Portfolio Manager, he took over the investment desk with a focus on the local market, reporting directly to the CEO.
In 2014, Leonardo assumed the role of CIO (Chief Investment Officer), responsible for Turim's investment desk. During this period, he led the global investment strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and efficient asset management, both in the local and international markets.
After 8 years as CIO, in 2022, Leonardo became Co-CEO of Turim.
Leonardo is also a member of the VRB Funds of Funds Investment Committee since its foundation. The VRB FoFs were pioneers in the country, donating all net management fees to social projects.
He holds a degree in Economics from IBMEC - RJ and a certification from the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School.

Ana Carolina joined Turim in 2006 and is now the Co-CEO of Turim.
She started at Turim as an investment analyst and transitioned to the role of controller in 2008. As a controller, she was responsible for preparing all analysis reports and consolidating client positions.
In 2013, she became COO, taking over the entire Operations area of the company. Her responsibilities came to include the settlement of orders issued by the Investment Management team and leading the Information Technology area. Since then, she has developed the internal systems used to serve the entire company and restructured Turim’s technological infrastructure.
In the following years, she also became responsible for the Risk and Compliance areas, including being the partner responsible for risk management at Turim and for ensuring compliance with rules, policies, procedures, and internal controls in relation to the CVM, monitoring all company processes and client portfolios, ensuring independence in decision-making, and adherence to industry best practices.
In 2024, she became Co-CEO of Turim.
She holds a degree in Economic Sciences from IBMEC-RJ and an executive certificate in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as executive courses in Risk Management for Corporate Leaders and Leading Professional Service Firms from Harvard Business School; and Essential IT for Non-IT Executives, Developing and Managing a Successful Technology and Product Strategy, and Implementing Improvement Strategies: Dynamic Work Design from MIT Sloan School of Management. She also holds an executive certificate in management and administration from the IMD Business School upon completion of the Transition to Business Leadership course.

CIO
André joined Turim in 2018 and is a member of the Client Relations team in São Paulo.
He started his career at Banco Bradesco in 2006, where he worked in the foreign exchange department, moving through the back office, the trading desk as a currency trader, and later the commercial area. In 2011, he transitioned to Bradesco's Private Banking, and in 2015, he became responsible for Private clients at Banco Caixa Geral de Depósito in São Paulo.
Between 2016 and 2018, he completed the Professional Certificate in Corporate Finance at Harvard University and participated in the MIT Professional Education Advanced Study Program.
He holds a degree in Business Administration, with a postgraduate degree in Financial Market Operator from Saint Paul (formerly FIA USP) and an MBA in Finance from Insper.
He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification obtained in 2013.
Bernardo joined Turim in 2007 and is a member of the Client Relations team.
He joined Turim with the responsibility of structuring the Client Relations division, and was tasked with hiring the team and developing processes, reports and backing material, supported by the other divisions.
Prior to Turim, Bernardo was a Financial Administrative Director and Commercial Director for Icatu Hartford Seguros S.A., as well as a Director of the Sindicato das Seguradoras do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. He has over 18 years of experience in Finance, having occupied senior positions in investment banking and asset management divisions for Banco Vega and Banco Montreal S.A, including a 2 year period at the trading desk in Toronto, Canada.
Bernardo holds an MBA in Insurance with honors from IBMEC-RJ and a Bachelor degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC-RJ, as well as specializing courses both in Brazil and abroad.
Fernando joined Turim in 2009 and is Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
Initially he was responsible for analyzing investments in Equity, Private Equity and Venture Capital. Currently he is responsible for managing all portfolios in Brazil and abroad, allocating assets according to clients’ risk profiles.
Prior to Turim, Fernando worked at SulAmérica’s M&A division.
He is certified by CVM as a Portfolio Manager, holds a Master’s Degree in Business from COPPEAD – UFRJ and an Industrial Engineering Degree by UFRJ.

Georgiana joined Turim in 2019 and is responsible for the Client Relations team in São Paulo.
For over 20 years working in the financial market, she served as Managing Director for Credit Suisse Brasil, leading the client acquisition area for Private Banking and Wealth Management until 2017. She was a member of the Credit Suisse Strategic Private Banking Committee and ANBIMA’s representative for regulatory matters.
She joined Hedging Griffo in 2001 and became a partner in 2004, fully participating of Hedging Griffo’s acquisition by Credit Suisse. Previously, she worked at Banco BTG Pactual and Investidor Profissional Capital Partners.
She has a degree in Business and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-SP. She participated in several courses in the last 2 years, when she lived in New York, such as: Leading Strategic Growth and Change and Future of Learning (Columbia Business School); Art, Money and the Law (Christie’s Education); and Introduction to Art and Finance (Sotherby’s Institute of Art). At the Credit Suisse training center in Zurich, she took several courses focused on leadership such as Leadership Development. In 2018, she participated in the Singularity University Summit.
She is a member of Museum of Modern Art (MAM-SP) Council, member of Solar dos Abacaxis Council in Rio de Janeiro, the Council of the Ybytu artistic residency in Sao Paulo and Pivô Arte e Pesquisa Council and the patronage of the Pinacoteca of the State of São Paulo. In the USA, she is a member of the International Leadership Council of the New Museum. She is also a mentor at Instituto Quintessa, a social business accelerator with a focus on impact management.
Gustavo joined Turim in 2014 and to help develop the recently created Wealth Planning area.
Before Turim, he contributed to the structuring of the Wealth Management team at Kron Gestão de Recursos.
He started his career at BNY Mellon and was responsible for supervising their fund limits and investment policies. He then migrated to Banco Modal’s Asset Allocation and Fund Management team. Later, he left to start his own asset allocation firm where he was responsible for all issues regarding Compliance, Risk Management and Back Office controls.
He has a degree in Business Administration from UCAM and Accounting from IBMEC-RJ with a CRC registration in Accounting and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification obtained in 2014. He has an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-RJ.

Henrique joined Turim in 2016 and is currently responsible for the Portfolio Management area.
He worked as a senior economist at the asset management firm BNY Mellon ARX, initially covering the global economy and later focusing on the Brazilian economy.
He started at Turim as head of global macroeconomic research, transitioning to portfolio management in 2019.
He graduated in Economics from PUC-Rio, also completing a Master's in Economics (Strictu Sensu) at the same institution.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification obtained in 2014.

Marcos joined Turim in 2016 and today is responsible for Turim Advisory.
Prior to Turim, he was an Executive Superintendent at Bradesco Asset Management, responsible for the management of Exclusive Funds and FoFs, and an Investment Superintendent at Bradesco Private Bank. Previously he was an equity portfolio manager at Finasa Asset Management, with prior roles at the firm in the Investment Analysis, M&A and FX Trading divisions.
Marcos is certified by CVM as Portfolio Manager and has a PMD from IESE Business School. He also holds an MBA in Finance from USP.
Mariella joined Turim in 2010 and is part of the Client Relations team in Rio de Janeiro.
She joined Turim as an intern, having worked in the operations area. In the client relations team, she is responsible for nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and maintaining service quality, as well as helping clients with all demands that involves their family assets and collaborating with internal teams to address their needs.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC-Rio and an MBA in Finance from PUC-Rio.
Nilton joined Turim in 2019 and is a member of the Client Relations team in São Paulo.
He began his career as a trainee at Mercedes Benz do Brasil, later becoming a project manager at Correa da Costa e Associados and a consultant at BAIN & Company. From 2004 to 2010, he held the position of COO at Portobello S/A, overseeing production, supplies, and logistics. In 2010, he took on the role of CEO at Lubrasil Lubrificantes, a position he held until 2019.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Portobello S/A since 2012 and was a member of the Board of Directors of CELESC from 2006 to 2009.
He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from POLI-USP, holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and has a Board Directors Diploma from IMD Business School in Lausanne.
He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification obtained in 2023.

Head of Manager Research
Renata Mello joined Turim in 2011 and is responsible for Data Analysis, Change and HR.
She joined Turim as a Backoffice Analyst to help with the portfolio operations in Brazil and abroad, and also in the preparation of monthly statements for clients.
Between 2014 and 2017 she contributed to the development of a proprietary system together with the IT team. Today she remains responsible for the support and constant improvement of this system, enabling customizable services and reports to our clients.
In 2017, she became responsible for the Daya Analysis and Reporting team, which encompasses functions such as conciliation and pricing of investment portfolios and data analysis.
In addition to leading the Data Analysis team, she expanded her responsibilities in 2021 by structuring “Change Turin”, which aims to identify and manage innovation projects that bring efficiency to the company. She's also responsible for Turim' HR.
She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from PUC-Rio and an MBA in Finance from PUC-Rio.
Roberta joined Turim in 2009 and is Turim's Chief Sustainability Officer and responsible for the Client Relations team in Rio de Janeiro.
Prior to joining Turim, Roberta worked in the Capital Markets division at Lehman Brothers London, focused on clients in the Middle East and Iberian Peninsula. She was Corporate Governance Manager for BNY Mellon from 2002 to 2006, where she was responsible for supervising controlling stakes acquired by institutional investors after privatizations. She was also Corporate Governance analyst for Icatu Investimentos from 1998 to 2002.
She joined Turim with the aim of developing Wealth Planning services within the Client Relations division and slowly expanded her work to client relationship. She was responsible for designing the financial education program that fosters and develops the next generations of clients. She worked very closely with the families to help them develop their family governance, to better understand their portfolios and to expanding the interpersonal relationships among multiple generations.
Later, she helped start the Sustainability area in Turim, integrating ESG criteria in the investment analysis process, identifying opportunities with a positive impact and overlooking the company's corporate sustainability.
She is specialized in Leading Professional Service Firms from Harvard Business School.
Roberta holds a Master’s Degree in Economics by Oxford University with a Chevening Scholarship from the British Foreign Commonwealth office, and a Bachelor’s with honors in Business and Post Graduated Degree in Corporate Finance from PUC-RJ, with scholarship.

He began his professional career at Vale as an analyst in the Strategic Supplies Directorate. Subsequently, he co-founded and managed a technology startup focused on the intersection between social networks and sports. Before joining Turim, he was an analyst responsible for hedge fund analysis globally for Rio Capital.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from PUC-RJ, with a scholarship for academic merit.

With 28 years of experience in the financial market, both in Brazil and abroad, Rodrigo spent the last 7 years at Santander, where from 2021 he structured and led the Family Office at the bank.
He has extensive knowledge in Fixed Income, Currencies, and Credit areas, having worked at renowned institutions such as BI&P, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, ItaúUnibanco, and BTG Pactual.
He holds a degree in Economics from Cândido Mendes University.
