Update TFO Purpose

In order to broaden the debate on companies within the education, health and climate change sectors, Turim MFO promoted a webinar this week on Impact Investing, with an update on the TFO Purpose fund.

The event was led by our partner and Chief Sustainability Officer Roberta Goulart; Carolina Assis, Private Equity and Venture Capital analyst; and Tucker Pribor, vice president of Flat World Partners.

During the webinar, experts discussed how, in the face of a pandemic scenario, war, inflation and discussions focused on the climate crisis, new opportunities may arise – especially in the renewable energy sector. Roberta Goulart also explained how this situation brought to the debate the energy trilemma that highlights the importance of countries having clean, accessible and safe energy matrices.
