Anbima Summit 2023

On August 16th and 17th, the Anbima Summit 2023 took place, where our Head of Data Analysis, Gabriella Siqueira Barros, CFP®, CGA, attended. The central theme this year was the impacts of Artificial Intelligence on financial markets, questioning whether there’s still a boundary between the physical and digital worlds.

This biennial event is considered one of the largest gatherings of the financial and capital markets in Brazil, bringing together key figures from the industry to discuss the current landscape and major transformations in the world.

The program included debates and discussions about the future of the investment industry, the new technologies advancing in various sectors, the importance of financial education for the population, and the social and environmental issues that are global concerns.

“The fact is that the future is here: we are moving towards a scenario of deep connection (of trust, credibility, and expectations) between market financial institutions and the client. AI will enable ‘mass-personalization’: delivering something personalized to the client, but on a large scale and efficiently,” highlighted Gabriella.
