Afternoon coffee with Grupo Mauá

Last Tuesday, we had the honor of welcoming the Grupo Mauá to our São Paulo office for an afternoon coffee.

For the past eight years, the Grupo Mauá has brought together business leaders representing the main socioeconomic sectors of Brazil. With the aim of enhancing new business opportunities, intensifying the learning of best management practices, and discussing the impacts of ESG in the business environment, they conduct technical visits to the country’s leading companies and institutions.

Our partner, Georgiana Rothier, started the conversation by sharing valuable insights about Turim’s journey, including reflections on wealth management and succession planning. Following this, Cris Baumgart, a third-generation member of the Grupo Baumgart, inspired everyone by sharing a bit about her journey and the family governance process of her family.
